Kelly Headley, Director
Hi there! My name is Kelly Headley and I am the Director of Pathways. It has been such a blessing to be a part of the Pathways team since March 2012. Although teaching has always been a passion of mine, God’s will brought me to Pathways.
Before I began at Pathways, I lived in Colleyville, Texas (DFW). I moved to Austin to be closer to my now husband, Steven. We were married on August 31, 2014 and now have two children Beckett and Bailey.
Since moving to Austin, I graduated from ACC with my degree in Early Childhood Education. I definitely value education, and hope to continue learning more about this adorable age. I have plenty of dreams for myself and my family, but even more for this beautiful program. I am so appreciative to be able to educate, love and empower these amazing children. My wish is to create an environment that is not only safe and nurturing, but developmentally appropriate and inventive for all His children. I want to ensure every child is prepared for the remainder of their academic career, but most of all my wish is to guarantee every child leaves our program with the knowledge that Jesus loves them and always will!
Again, I treasure all that Pathways provided me, but I also treasure the knowledge and love I have earned through every child and their family.
